General Pest Control
Most ant problems are a moisture problem wearing a costume. Before we spray anything we find the water: a leaking hose bib, a clogged gutter, mulch stacked against the sill.

Why it is happening
Carpenter ants do not eat wood. They excavate it to nest, which is why you find sawdust-like frass but no mud tubes. A parent colony can live in a stump 80 feet from the house and send satellite colonies into a wet window header.
What we actually do
- 01Exterior perimeter band treatment, 3 ft out and 3 ft up, with a non-repellent (fipronil or chlorantraniliprole class).
- 02Crack-and-crevice gel baiting inside, never broadcast spraying living space.
- 03De-webbing eaves, soffits and window frames by hand.
- 04Granular broadcast at the mulch line where foraging trails cross.
Do this before we get there
- Unlock gates and side yard access.
- Move trash cans off the foundation.
- Keep pets indoors for 2 hours after the exterior application.
It comes back, we come back. No charge, no argument.
