We hold
the line.

Bugs hate us. Feeling is mutual. We treat the outside of your house so you never meet what is out there.

Free inspection

We will tell you what is going on even if the answer is nothing.

How this goes

Technician with a headlamp checking under a house
  1. 01

    We come look

A tech walks your whole yard, sticks their head in the basement, and checks the roofline. Forty-five minutes, no charge, no sales pitch waiting at the end.

  2. 02

    We tell you straight

You get the actual story that day, in plain words. If the answer is that you have nothing and a neighbor has everything, we say that too.

  3. 03

    We fix it

We treat where bugs actually live, which is almost never your kitchen counter. Outside band, entry points, the wet corner nobody looks at.

  4. 04

    We keep it fixed

Same tech every visit. You will learn their name. They will already know your dog's. Anything shows up between visits, they swing back.

People say nicer things about us than about their gutters.

Marco found the leak behind the hose bib before he treated anything. Told me to call a plumber first and that he would come back after. He did, and that was the end of it.

We needed the WDI letter for closing on a Thursday. Curtis inspected Tuesday morning and the NPMA-33 was in my agent's inbox by 4pm the same day.

Three squirrels in the soffit. They set one-way doors, waited a week, then screened the entire roofline and painted the hardware cloth so you cannot see it from the street.

Seven visits, every 21 days, same tech. We had the graduation party in the backyard in June and nobody got bitten. That was the whole point.

Robert S. · Huntington, NY

Owen photographed nine entry points, sealed all of them with copper mesh and cement, and emailed me the map. No mice since November.

Four units in the building. Hector did the whole line at once instead of one apartment at a time, which is apparently the only way it works.

Eleven springs of ants. One cut downspout.

Somebody had been spraying this kitchen every April since 2013. The ants came back every May since 2013. Nobody had walked around the outside of the house.

Dana pulled two rows of shingle off the back corner and found it in nine minutes. A downspout got cut short during a driveway job in 2011 and had been dumping water onto the wood ever since. Wet wood is an open invitation, and the ants had accepted it, in writing.

We did not spray the kitchen. We treated the trail and the stump it came from, told them to call a gutter guy before we came back, and had a carpenter swap the soft wood out in June.

Nineteen days. $2,840 with the carpentry. Callbacks since: zero.
