Termite & WDI
Termites are found, not noticed. By the time a homeowner sees swarmers on a windowsill in April, the colony has usually been feeding for three to five years.

Why it is happening
Reticulitermes flavipes builds shelter tubes from soil to wood to keep humidity up. Mud tubes on a foundation wall are the single most reliable field sign in New Jersey.
What we actually do
- 01Full-perimeter trench and rod, 4 in wide by 6 in deep, with a non-repellent termiticide at label rate.
- 02Drilling and injecting slab penetrations, porches and stoops.
- 03Sentricon-style monitoring stations every 10 ft where trenching is not possible.
- 04A hand-drawn map of every soft spot and damp corner we found, for you and for the WDI letter if you need one.
Do this before we get there
- Clear 3 ft along the interior of the foundation in the basement.
- Move stored firewood off the structure.
- Landscape fabric may need to be cut at the trench line.
It comes back, we come back. No charge, no argument.
