Gray Squirrel · from $650
Wildlife & Exclusion
A squirrel in the soffit is a carpentry job with an animal attached. The trapping is the easy part; the roofline is the actual work.

Why it is happening
Gray Squirrel. Gray squirrels have two litters a year, February and August. Removing an adult in March without checking for a nest of young is how a house ends up with a bigger problem and a smell.
What we actually do
- 01Inspection of the entire roofline, ridge vents, soffit returns and the chimney chase.
- 02One-way doors sized to species, never body-grip traps on a residence.
- 03Steel and hardware cloth closure of every opening, painted to match.
- 04Attic sanitation, contaminated insulation removal, TAP replacement.
Do this before we get there
- Attic access must be clear.
- Ladder setback requires clear beds along the drip edge.
It comes back, we come back. No charge, no argument.
